Southern Delaware Chorale (SDC) Terms and Conditions

• SDC assumes not liability for information errors on website or website downtime.
• SDC is licensed and our logo(s),  and name are subject to copyright rules and cannot be reproduced or adapted for commercial or non-commercial use. 
• SDC logos may be  displayed on third-party external websites and social media, with a hyperlink to southerndelwarechorale.org included and/or written as a caption credit along with any SDC logo or image. 
• SDC may request a survey from its organization members or concert attendees to remain complaint with the survey requests that non-profit organizations  are required to send to the  Delaware Department of Arts, which will help ensure future grant funding. Your participation is not mandatory, but greatly appreciated, and organizationally needed.
